St Ives Football Club – Warrimoo Clubhouse Hire Policy
The function room at Warrimoo Clubhouse is available for hire to Community Groups who wish to utilise the facilities for meetings, conferences, training sessions, dance sessions, bridge meetings etc.
The hall is available for one off events and we also will consider semi-permanent hire arrangements. The hall is not available for children’s/adults parties or functions with alcohol unless it is an official SIFC Club function.

What does it cost to hire the Warrimoo Hall?
Rates will be negotiated with each Community Group based on usage and requirements but will not exceed the recommended Council hourly rate for other halls – see link to rates for KMC halls. KMC Hire fees for casual and permanent bookings
Daily and weekly rates are also available on request.
A $200.00 bond may be required for new hirers which will be refunded after your event once an inspection has been carried out ensuring that the hall has been cleaned and there is no damage to the buildings or grounds.
Are there any time restrictions?
The hall is available for non-Football Club events from 9.00am until 9.30pm, seven days a week.
Is the SIFC Clubhouse available for regular bookings?
Yes, we can consider regular bookings on weeknights and are happy to discuss your needs for a permanent time slot – please email email@example.com for more information.
How many chairs and tables are there?
15 trestle tables
50 chairs (there are more chairs in storage if required – please let us know so we can get them out before your event)
What size is Warrimoo Hall?
The hall is 12meters x 7meters
Is there parking?
The hall is situated next to a Council Car park in Warrimoo Ave which has spaces for approximately 40 vehicles, including two disabled parking spaces. The car park is shared by other organisations and clubs so booking the hall does not include exclusive parking. Extra parking is available on Warrimoo Ave and surrounding streets. Please consider our neighbours when parking on the street.
What kitchen facilities are available?
The kitchen is equipped with a 90 inch four burner electric cooktop/oven, a pie oven and a microwave. A fridge is available for use. There are two sinks with hot and cold water, a Zip water heater for tea and coffee and stainless steel benchtops. We also have limited preparation equipment such as knives, cutting boards etc.
A BBQ may also be available for hire, however hirers must provide their own gas bottle.
Is there any crockery/cutlery available?
We do have some cups, saucers, glasses and other crockery/cutlery available for use. Please let us know your requirements and we will see if we can help.
Are there any Audio/Visual facilities available?
We have a 70 Inch Sony TV which has the ability to be used for movies, power point presentations etc. We also have microphone and speaker system, including mixer that can be utilised by approved hirers.
Are there toilet facilities?
Yes, there are two unisex toilets located at the Hall including a disabled toilet. The toilets are not used by other organisations and will be available exclusively during your hire.
Can we use Warrimoo Oval when we hire the hall?
No, if you wish to hire Warrimoo Oval you need to do this directly through Ku-ring-gai Council. The ground is not included in hire of the hall.
Conditions of Hire
All hirers are required to clean the function room, toilets and surrounding area on completion of hire.
