8:15am Team Manager to open up, and receive float.
Canteen Set-up:
Canteen close – approx 12:00pm:
Canteen Coordinator will collect float, keys and soiled tea towels at approx 12:30pm.
4:45pm – 5:30pm Undress Grounds Last Team as per Grounds Duty Roster

BBQ Instructions – Toolang Oval U6, U7Start: approx 8.40 am
Close Approx 11.00 am SET UP The rostered mini team will set up the BBQ and cover manning the barbecue Please ensure that your team representatives are there at least by 10 minutes before your start time at the latest. Sausages are kept in the drinks fridge.
Extra gas cylinders are located in the club house if more gas is required
DURING THE GAMES
All barbecued food is paid for at the Canteen (bread will be given at the time of payment). Check the quantities you have cooked, and if needed, put on extra sausages
to cater for the ‘’end of the game” rush of customers.
CLEAN UP
